Guestbook

Aishling consistently has a clear vision for her work. I was really impressed with the way she explores her themes and the highly painterly quality she achieves with her photography.
- Visual Artist Aoife Giles

Aishling is an inspiring community arts activist. She has an intuitive understanding of marrying community arts, which are suitable to a local audience with contemporary professional arts practice. Aishling has enriched her own community arts practice by expanding her artistic experience and body of knowledge through interaction with others. Her eclectic work is always produced to a very high standard. Aishling has an innate passion for the arts, which is demonstrated in the lengthy voluntary hours she freely contributes to the arts. I would regard Aishling's work with the "Freedom to Create Project" as providing a vibrant and contemporary dimension to the fabric of visual arts practice within the county.
- Catherine Kelly Arts Officer Westmeath County Council

Aishling was a great asset to the Digital Film School and was very reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic. She was very open in terms of creative thinking and fostered a very positive environment in the classes she taught.

Aishling, I came across your name while, oddly enough, attempting to piece together my family tree and AISHLING is listed as my great great grandmother, from Dublin. I looked into your website and fell in love with your work! I admire your use of light and angles and I really like your "hand coloring" on images. I am an avid photographer and studied art throughout my undergraduate career at university, though now I am returning for my graduate studies in education. I still pursue photography and I work primarily in black and whites. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that you have a fan over here! Please keep up the great work-it really is inspiring and moving!
